Fertilisers We Supply

Lime

Lime is made from crushed limestone that contains natural ingredients and is used as a soil amendment product which conditions the soil by raising pH levels. When it is used for agricultural applications, it dissolves and releases a base that counteracts or neutralises soil acidity.

Gypsum

Gypsum is a source of calcium and sulfur for plant nutrition. It’s been used for many years to improve aggregation and to overcome dispersion in sodic soils. Its main advantages are to reduce aluminium toxicity which usually accompanies soil acidity, especially subsoils and helps reduce soluble phosphate losses.

MAP

MAP is a major cropping fertiliser used as a source of phosphorus and nitrogen in Australia. The low level of nitrogen makes it a great ‘starter’ fertiliser and since there is no free ammonia, there is minimal risk of affecting germinating seeds. MAP and MAP blends are used in cropping systems and for sowing pastures.

Single Super

Single superphosphate fertiliser is mainly used for pasture top-dressing to supply phosphorus and sulphur to pastures, the main two nutrients required for pasture production. The product is a low cost source of sulphur and phosphorus.

DAP

DAP is a cropping fertiliser used as a source of both phosphorus and nitrogen. Its high phosphorus content makes it a true high analysis fertiliser. DAP and DAP blends are used on a range of crops in broad-acre farming, for sugarcane, cereals, sowing pastures, dairy pastures, fodder crops and also horticultural crops.

Urea

Urea is the most widely used nitrogen fertiliser. It is a refined synthetic source of an organic compound which is made by combining ammonia and carbon dioxide. The majority of urea used for agriculture is granular urea, which is tailored for ease of material handling, storage, spreading and blending.

Urea can be applied on its own or in blends with products such as MAP, DAP and/or other minerals and trace elements.

Gran-am

Granular ammonium sulphate fertiliser provides a good source of nitrogen and sulphur and is highly soluble which provides versatility for a range of agricultural applications. With high analysis urea products, gran-am is especially valuable when both nitrogen and sulphur are required.
